Quinoa Burritos

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup quinoa (170 g)
  • 2 Cups water (473 ml)
  • 1 Package burrito or taco seasoning
  • 3 Green Onions chopped
  • 1 Can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • tomato, cilantro, avocado, olives

Instructions
 

  • Combine 1 cup (170 g) quinoa with 2 cups (473 ml) water, add a package of burrito or taco seasoning.

  • Then use complementary foods such as a few chopped green onions, or a can of drained and rinsed black beans, or perhaps cooked corn, maybe a chopped green pepper, etc.
    3 Green Onions, 1 Can Black Beans
  • Cover and cook until water is absorbed. Use flour tortillas and add other goodies such as tomato, cilantro, avocado, olives, etc. and roll them up. Also delish as a burrito bowl over salad.
